I watched as Irish theme Bars popped up all over the country in recent years with their rustic interiors and old fashioned decor.

Our Tempe restaurant was designed as a replica of the city’s historic 1909 warehouse, destroyed by fire in 1987. Some of the original warehouse bricks were restored for use in the new building. Bison Witches Bar and Deli was founded in Tucson, Arizona in January of 1995.
